Job summary

TGS International Group is seeking a Technical Director for Data Centre & Infrastructure in Bracknell. The role blends technical leadership with commercial growth, customer engagement and service development across UK and Europe.

Reporting to the CEO, you will influence across sales, operations, delivery and leadership, shaping complex opportunities and strategic partnerships while ensuring technical assurance on critical projects and deployments.

Qualifications

Extensive senior-level experience in data centre and business-critical infrastructure environments.
Proven ability to translate customer requirements into practical, profitable technical propositions.
Strong pre-sales and solution design experience with RAMS and risk assessment.

Responsibilities

Act as the senior technical authority for bids, tenders and customer engagements.
Shape opportunities with sales and develop commercially compelling solutions.
Translate requirements into deliverable technical propositions with commercial value.
Identify new services, propositions and routes to market.
Develop business cases covering value, pricing, risk and potential.
Provide technical assurance on complex scopes and RAMS.
Advise CEO and SMT on technical, commercial and market opportunities.
Build strategic relationships with vendors and delivery partners.
Support expansion into UK and Europe markets.
Promote standards, quality and continuous improvement.
