Job purpose: As Technical Coordinator, you will be supporting the food technologists by assisting with the sourcing, evaluating and ensuring the food safety compliance of products supplied to customers. You will ensure that suppliers meet regulatory and customer specific requirements, by coordinating audits and keeping relevant supplier documentation up to date. You will also ensure that along with the relevant category or regional technologist, that specifications are kept up to date and accurate, labels and artwork are technically compliant, NCR complaints are managed effectively and allocated to the relevant technologist, recorded, and responded to in a timely manner. You will ensure that internal departments are supported appropriately and coordinate operational compliance. You will ensure that the supplier and product databases are kept up to date and will be a key member of the project team, supporting with the required documentation and administration for each project. You will report into the Senior Food Technologist and work closely with procurement, NPD and operations/sales coordinators across all global offices.
