About the Role

An exciting opportunity for a Technical Documentation Specialist to support a leading aerospace engineering organization. This hands-on, detail-critical role is suited for someone with experience in aerospace maintenance documentation or technical authorship, who thrives in a precision-focused environment.

The role involves working within a skilled technical team responsible for engine overhaul and repair across the EMEA region. You will ensure technical publications, maintenance data, and documentation are accurate, compliant, and audit-ready.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review, interpret, and validate complex technical procedures and engineering documents.
  • Ensure maintenance documentation complies with regulatory and internal standards.
  • Compile and audit technical records for completeness and traceability.
  • Generate technical reports, cost estimates, and repair summaries.
  • Maintain a compliant document archive system, including scanning and indexing legacy records.
  • Collaborate with engineering and materials teams for accurate part tracking and repair status.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Strong background in aerospace maintenance documentation or technical authorship.
  • Ability to interpret OEM publications, technical procedures, and airworthiness data.
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
  • Highly detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
  • Effective communication skills for liaising with technical teams and suppliers.
  • Familiarity with EASA, FAA, or similar standards is an advantage.
