Job summary/Purpose

Role is to deliver efficient, customer focused, professional support to Technical staff, with particular emphasis on smooth operation of department

Primary Responsibilities
  • Organise meetings and take minutes where required.
  • Assist project managers in the maintenance of Consultant Fee Trackers.
  • Issue and follow up consultant tender requests.
  • Ensure reports are logged to relevant project files.
  • Assist in coordinating the submission of BSR applications.
  • Maintain the BSR application tracker.
  • Assist in maintaining project trackers and government data returns.
  • Assist in collation and distribution of O&M, QA, and golden thread information packs.
  • Assist in communication and liaison with stakeholders.
  • Assist in progressing building assessments and liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure coordination of activities.
  • Any other duties as required to meet the needs of the business
Experience, Qualifications, Technical Requirements
  • Organisational/Administration background
  • Good PC skills including MS Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Worked in a time critical environment
  • Worked in a team environment
  • Previous experience of construction work to occupied buildings
  • Previous experience in the housebuilding or construction industry
  • Knowledge and experience of multi utilities
