A tech SME business is looking for a People Coordinator to join the team. It's a newly created role, focused on supporting and strengthening all things People Operations in their growing team of around c.50 people.

You'll be the go-to for day-to-day People admin, from onboarding to payroll coordination, HR systems, benefits and policy updates. Reporting into a part-time People Lead, you're be confident in the full employee lifecycle and working closely with a variety of stakeholders across the business. You don't need to be an expert in everything, but a good grasp of HR systems (ideally HiBob), an eye for detail, and experience supporting with payroll administration would be preferable.

This role is ideal for a candidate with 2 years experience minimum, looking to build experience and take ownership in a small, fast-paced environment. It's a great opportunity for someone organised, proactive and confident enough to work autonomously when needed as the people lead is part time.

The company is remote-first, with an ideal hybrid working pattern of 2 to 3 days in their central London based office.
