Job summary

Hunter Dunning Ltd. is seeking a Technical Coordinator to support the Technical Director across construction projects and technical delivery. You will coordinate consultants, production information, working drawings, and regulatory submissions, ensuring buildability and compliance across live development requirements.

The role requires knowledge of building regulations, strong communication, and meticulous attention to detail. A UK-based candidate will thrive in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum HNC in building or NVQ Level 5 in a relevant subject.
• Proficient in AutoCAD.
• Detailed knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office 365 products.
• Detailed experience of the building regulations process.
• Knowledge of relevant regulatory constraints.
• Understanding of legal processes and laws relating to the construction industry.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Organised with strong attention to detail and prioritisation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate consultants and production information for live development requirements.
• Prepare submissions for building regulations and regulatory approvals.
• Prepare working drawings and supporting technical information.
• Review supplier and manufacturer information.
• Review technical content within sales literature.
• Support Project Managers, Site Managers and other departments.
• Provide technical input on buildability and project requirements.
• Manage information required for clearing planning conditions.
