The ideal candidate will have a degree in Architecture, Engineering, or similar, with at least two years of experience in construction or design consultancy. • Review specifications and ensure full technical coordination.
• Manage RFIs and ensure timely close-out.
• Carry out as-built demise checks against brochure information.
• Attend site as required.
• Assist with specialist subcontractor submissions and O&M manuals.
