Job summary

Hunter Dunning Limited is seeking a Technical Coordinator to assist the Technical Director on construction projects from Whiteley, Hampshire. You will coordinate consultants, manage planning conditions, prepare building regulations submissions and produce drawings while guiding technical information flow across the project teams.

Ideal candidates have AutoCAD proficiency, strong knowledge of building regulations and construction law, plus excellent organizational and communication skills to

Qualifications

• HNC in Building or NVQ Level 5 or equivalent required.
• Strong knowledge of building regulations processes.
• Understanding of construction law and regulatory constraints.
• Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate consultants and technical production information.
• Manage planning conditions and related technical requirements.
• Prepare building regulations and statutory approval submissions.
• Produce working drawings and supporting technical information.
• Review supplier, manufacturer and sales technical information; provide technical support to project teams.
