A leading residential developer in London is seeking a Technical Coordinator to ensure technical information is coordinated and issued according to the project program. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Architecture, Engineering, or similar, with at least two years of experience in construction or design consultancy. Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience within construction or design consultancy.
• Proactive and positive approach to design coordination.

Responsibilities

• Support the Technical/Design Manager across all stages.
• Ensure all project information is checked, coordinated and issued to site teams.
• Liaise with architects, engineers and consultants to monitor design progress.
• Collate and issue tender and construction drawings.
• Review specifications and ensure full technical coordination.
• Manage RFIs and ensure timely close-out.
• Carry out as-built demise checks against brochure information.
• Attend site as required.
• Assist with specialist subcontractor submissions and O&M manuals.
