Job summary

OUTSOURCE CONSTRUCTION LTD is seeking a Technical Coordinator for a site-based role in South East London, with one day per week at head office. You will coordinate design information, review technical docs and manage interfaces with consultants, subcontractors and housing associations on residential projects.

The ideal candidate has experience as a Technical Coordinator/Technical Manager/Design Coordinator in a main contracting environment and understands delivering residential developments with

Qualifications

• Experience in Technical Coordinator / Technical Manager / Design Coordinator within a main contracting environment.
• Experience delivering residential developments.
• Experience with housing associations, local authorities or registered providers would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Managing and coordinating design information throughout the project lifecycle
• Reviewing drawings, specifications and technical documentation
• Coordinating consultants, subcontractors and design teams
• Raising and resolving technical queries and RFIs
• Ensuring information is issued in line with programme requirements
• Supporting the site team with technical and design-related issues
• Attending design and progress meetings
• Working closely with the commercial and construction teams
• Ensuring projects meet the required quality, technical and regulatory standards
• Liaising with housing association representatives and other key stakeholders
