Job summary

Sharp Business Systems UK is seeking a Technical Content Lead to join our Marketing team in a role that shapes how we communicate complex solutions to the market.

You will own content direction across blogs, case studies, guides, campaigns and webinars, translating ERP, AI, Cyber Security and Digital Transformation into customer-focused content that drives awareness and pipeline growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Technical Content, Senior Content Marketing or a similar B2B technology‑focused role.
• Experience developing content strategies and full‑funnel programmes that support lead generation, customer journeys and pipeline growth.
• Strong copywriting, storytelling and editorial skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and evolve Sharp’s technical content strategy, messaging frameworks and content roadmap.
• Create compelling content across blogs, articles, case studies, guides, campaigns, webinars and thought leadership assets.
• Translate complex technology topics including ERP, Business Applications, AI, Cyber Security and Digital Transformation into engaging customer-focused content.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing and Technical SMEs to ensure content is accurate, relevant and commercially impactful.
• Drive SEO and AI/LLM content optimisation using performance insights and best practice.
• Establish content standards, governance and best practice across the wider team.
• Collaborate with external agencies and partners to deliver high‑quality content aligned to brand and business objectives.
