Job summary

Sharp Business Systems France in the UK is seeking an experienced Communications & Engagement Lead to shape how we connect, communicate, and engage with colleagues across the organisation. Reporting to the Director of People & Transformation, you will design and deliver strategies that align with our culture, values and business priorities.

You will lead messaging, campaigns, and listening initiatives, partner with senior leaders, and build engagement capability across management.

• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
• Experience leading communications projects, campaigns, programmes, or teams.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, audience-focused communications.
• Data-driven approach using insights to evaluate effectiveness.
