Found Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a Technical & Compliance Manager for a growing health and wellness brand in East Sussex. The role blends hands-on technical work with strategic compliance leadership, ensuring products meet UK food supplement regulations from development through launch.

You will own the QMS, write SOPs, review labels and claims, and support NPD while collaborating across Marketing, Operations and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in food supplement/compliance roles.
• Experience maintaining and improving a QMS.
• Proven ability to author SOPs and manage investigations and CAPAs.
• Experience with SALSA, and familiarity with BRCGS or similar standards.
• Experience conducting internal audits and preparing for external audits.
• Ability to assess suppliers and interpret testing results.

Responsabilités

• Own and improve the Quality Management System and related docs.
• Review labels, claims, and marketing content for compliance.
• Support NPD from concept to launch, identifying technical risks.
• Provide sign-off on technical/quality before campaigns go live.
• Lead supplier approvals, risk assessments and audits.
• Manage investigations, CAPAs and continuous improvement.
