Wild Nutrition is seeking an experienced Compliance Manager to oversee quality, safety, and environmental compliance across manufacturing, supply chain, and retail operations. You will ensure adherence to UK/EU/global regulations, certifications, and internal policies while supporting the B Corp mission.

You’ll collaborate with NPD, Marketing, Operations, and Supply Chain to align claims, labeling, and product launches with FSA/EFSA guidelines and maintain our robust QMS and audit readiness.

Competenze

• Degree in Nutrition, Food Science, Law, or Business + 3–5+ years of compliance experience in food, nutraceuticals, or regulated FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of UK food supplement/labelling laws (FSA & EFSA) and certification frameworks (BRCGS, FSSC 22000, SALSA, GMP).
• Experience writing SOPs, managing a QMS, and handling CAPA/complaints with a continuous improvement mindset.

Mansioni

• Navigate UK, EU and global food supplement regulations (FSA, EFSA, MHRA) and translate updates into actions.
• Own the compliance gates for new product launches from idea to retail shelf.
• Maintain and develop the Quality Management System (QMS) and SOPs; manage CAPA and non-conformances.
