Job summary

Wild Nutrition, a pioneering UK health brand, seeks an experienced Compliance Manager to oversee quality, safety, and environmental compliance across manufacturing, supply chain, and retail. You will ensure adherence to UK, EU, and global food regulations while upholding B Corp standards.

Partner with NPD and Marketing to align product claims with guidelines; manage QMS, SOPs, CAPA and audits; lead certification bodies and maintain site standards such as GMP, BRCGS, FSSC 22000, SALSA.

Qualifications

• Experience leading regulatory compliance in food/nutraceuticals/FMCG.
• Strong knowledge of UK/FSA/EFSA rules and certification frameworks (GMP, BRCGS, FSSC 22000, SALSA).
• Experience maintaining a QMS and managing CAPA/ complaints.

Responsibilities

• Navigate UK, EU, and global food regulations to ensure compliance.
• Own the compliance gates for product launches with NPD and Marketing teams.
• Manage QMS, SOPs, and QA documentation; maintain testing schedules and certifications.
• Lead internal audits and coordinate with third-party bodies to stay audit-ready.
