You will manage the claims register, oversee audits (GMP, Soil Association, Vegan Society), and onboard ethical suppliers to meet sustainability standards. This role offers a competitive package and a dynamic, compliant work environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in Nutrition, Food Science, Law or Business with 3–5+ years compliance experience in food, nutraceuticals, or regulated FMCG.
• Strong understanding of UK/EU food supplement and labeling laws (FSA & EFSA) and certification frameworks (BRCGS, SALSA, GMP).
• Experience writing SOPs, managing a QMS, and handling CAPA/complaints with confidence.
• Knowledge of international export markets (US, Canada, Australia) or Soil Association Organic standards and B Corp experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Keep regulatory pulse to guide local and global expansion plans.
• Manage health and nutrition claims register for compliant storytelling.
• Host internal and third-party audits to maintain site certifications (GMP, Soil Association, Vegan Society).
• Onboard and audit ethical vendors to ensure raw ingredients meet sustainability standards.
• Deliver compliance training across the business to foster a culture of doing things right.
