Derby Homesare looking for an experienced, enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Investment and Maintenance Team, to provide an enhanced level of technical assistance. To include testing lighting, water, and alarm systems, and the accurate recording of this information. Whilst also undertaking crime prevention surveys, and the installation of security devices, such as locks, window alarms, & CCTV. Maintaining accurate records of the installation of these items, and who instructed them to be installed, and assisting on other projects, ensuring works conform to current regulations and specifications.
Thecandidate will need to have excellent customer service skills to deal with queries and questions that the tenants, colleagues and contractors may have.
