Job summary

D R Newitt Recruitment has partnered with a leading food manufacturer to recruit a Technical Assistant to join the technical team and support major retail customers.

You will help maintain product specifications and technical documentation, assist audits, handle queries and investigations, and work across Production, Quality, NPD and Operations to meet retailer standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a food manufacturing, technical or quality environment is desirable.
• Good understanding of food safety and quality standards.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Confident communicator with the ability to work across departments.
• Good IT skills, particularly Excel.
• Positive, proactive and keen to develop within a technical career.
