You will report to the Technical Manager and work across product specifications, HACCP and BRC systems while collaborating with sales and customer communications.

Excellent first of second career move opportunity to join a growing, fast-paced food category technical team based in Norwich.
Reporting to the Technical Manager you will be exposed to all elements of a modern technical team function including product specifications, HACCP and BRC food management control systems and processes, plus work cross-functionally with the sales team and customer communications.
You will maintain customer portals to make sure all technical specification documentation is up to date and accurate. Maintain database information and report on technical performance KPI’s. As part of your learning and development you will assist with audits & compliance, regulatory & product compliance and ensure details are effectively communicated across the UK business key stake holders.

Having achieved a food science academic qualification to HNC or Degree level you are looking to commence your career in the food industry and being a real ‘Foodie’ you are motivated about the highly important technical/quality function of the food manufacturing process.
