Job summary

Inspire Resourcing Ltd is recruiting a Technical Advisor for a well established company in Belper, Derbyshire. You will provide technical guidance to external engineers, interpret complex information clearly, and understand customer requirements to deliver concise, diplomatic advice.

You will deliver world-class customer service while meeting KPI targets and use strong problem-solving skills to diagnose faults.

Qualifications

• GCSE Grade 4 or above or an equivalent English qualification.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Able to read technical manuals, wiring diagrams or installation instructions.
• Experience supporting engineers or customers within a technical environment.
• Previous telephone-based technical support experience.

Requirements

• GCSE Grade 4 or above or an equivalent qualification in English
• Passion for customer service
• Good problem-solving aptitude
• Computer literate with previous experience using all Microsoft applications
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience supporting engineers or customers within a technical, engineering, heating, electrical or mechanical environment.
• Experience reading technical manuals, wiring diagrams or installation instructions.
• Previous telephone-based technical support experience.

Role: Technical Advisor

Location: Belper, Derbyshire

Salary: £28,500 per annum
