Job summary

Talk Staff Recruitment, Belper, Derbyshire, England, is seeking a customer service professional to handle engineer enquiries by phone and email, delivering high-quality, first-time resolution. You will learn technical concepts and apply them to customer issues, supported by CRM tools and a strong team.

A long-term development path and excellent pension are offered. Shifts are between 8am and 6pm, with 1 in 4 Saturdays; the role pays £28,500 per annum plus overtime and bonus.

• Previous Customer Service experience is essential.
• Can learn and apply technical concepts.
• Good working knowledge of CRMs.

Responsibilities

• Deal with a range of engineer enquiries via telephone and email.
• Ensure a high-quality service with 1st time resolution.
• Understand customers' situation and deal with it effectively and timely.
• Ensure queries are answered within set time frames and KPIs/SLAs are adhered to.

• The main focus will be to deal with a range of engineer enquiries via telephone and email
• Ensuing a high-quality service is always a key focus, providing 1st time resolution
• Understanding customers situation and being able to deal with the situation effectively and in a timely manner
• Ensure that all queries are answered within a set time frame and KPIs and SLAs are adhered to and met

Additional Information:

• £28,500 per annum plus Over time and bonus
• Shifts between 8am and 6pm and will include 1 in 4 Saturdays
