Blue Arrow Derby is proud to partner with the global market leader in central heating units. We are recruiting 6 Technical Advisors to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Working Hours

39.5 hours per week, with shifts between 8am - 6pm Monday to Friday, and 9am - 12pm Saturday. Contract hours cover 7am - 9pm, Monday to Sunday, to allow flexibility for potential extension of working hours.

Salary

Competitive salary plus bonus up to £1,500.

Role Responsibilities

• Provide technical advice within the Vaillant Service Technical department to Gas Safe registered Engineers and End Users.
• Interpret and explain technical information and instructions clearly.
• Understand customer requirements and offer technical advice by phone with clarity and diplomacy.
• Deliver world-class customer service with confidence in technical advice.
• Achieve KPIs in a target-driven environment.

Requirements

• Passion for customer service and exceeding customer expectations.
• Good problem-solving skills to diagnose faults accurately.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and understanding of Salesforce.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation.
• Product knowledge is preferred but full training will be provided.
