World Class Defence Organisation is seeking a Technical Administrator at our Stevenage site for a 12-month contract. The role concentrates on managing parts used in calibration and maintenance of bespoke test systems, with all activity tracked in SAP.
The team is small and works within the Calibration & Maintenance group to optimise spares and service kits. You will produce and review technical reports on spares, create service kits, and help implement better stock control processes.

SAP Experience essential.
A General interest in engineering would be helpful but not essential.
Rate:£24.19 per hour
Location: Stevenage
Hybrid / Remote working: The role will be onsite
Contract:37 Hours per week
Overtime: Hours worked over 37 hours per week will be calculated at 'time and a quarter'
Duration: 12 Months (initially and then ongoing and long-term thereafter)
IR35 status: Inside IR35 (Umbrella)
We are seeking a Technical Administrator to join the Calibration & Maintenance team at our Stevenage site. The main focus of the role will be to manage all parts used in the calibration & maintenance of bespoke test systems on site. This will need to be managed in our SAP system.
Working as part of a small Control Team within the wider Calibration & Maintenance department, you will produce and review technical reports for the management of spares and look at introducing better working practices on how we control them within SAP. You will be also working on producing service kits for regular maintenance that is performed on our manufacturing facilities.
