A leading dairy export company in the UK seeks a Technical Administrator to support complaint management, data analysis, and operational administration. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer complaints, performing data analysis for reporting, and contributing to internal audits. Reports to: Supplier and Product Assurance Manager
Salary: Up to £29,000 depending on experience
Hours: 36.25 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Ornua is actively seeking a Technical Administrator to join our Technical department as we continue our growth trajectory.
As our Technical Administrator will play a key role in the daily maintenance of the systems used for handling customer complaints, supplier non-conformances, generating certificates analysis (COA), and data analysis.
