Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a technically minded Technical Administrator to support engineering and manufacturing projects in a busy, office-based role in Paulton, near Bristol. You will create products, BOMs and RFQs on the CRM, raise purchase orders and manage supplier delivery dates, while updating costing sheets and supporting FAT documentation.

The role is Monday to Friday, 8:30am-5pm (flexible).

Qualifications

• Technically minded administrator or coordinator with experience supporting technical projects.
• Experience with CRM and Excel for costing, BOMs and RFQs.
• Able to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Create products, BOMs and RFQs on CRM; raise purchase orders.
• Manage supplier delivery dates and coordinate logistics.
• Update Excel costing sheets and sense-check build costs.
• Prepare FAT and post-test documentation.
• Pick and inspect components for hydraulic power unit builds.
