An established industry player is seeking a skilled professional to enhance property management and maintenance functions. This role involves engaging with various stakeholders, maintaining accurate records, and representing the council in meetings. This post will play an important role in the development of new arrangements for the management of the maintenance function across the Property Solutions traded service.
The post will require the holder to establish and maintain links with a range of stakeholders, including colleagues within the Property Service, service directorates, schools, partner organisations, the Council’s consultants and contractors.
The Role
In addition to the above outline, the postholder will need to;
The postholder will need to travel across the county and work in a range of environments which will include but not limited to confined spaces, working at height and external weather conditions.
What You will Bring:
The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate skills and experience in;
Ideally you would also have experience of budget management and be able to deal with conflicting and complex tasks.
