Job summary

ADNS, part of the Owlis Group, is seeking a Sales Manager / Technical Account Manager to grow our Teesside client base. You will lead a dual role in sales and technical account management, building roadmaps and conducting audits to expand relationships and revenue.

You will own a portfolio, mentor the sales team, and collaborate with engineers to deliver agreed outcomes. The role requires travel across the North East and office-based presence in Teesside.

Qualifications

• Experience in B2B IT services sales and account management.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to lead and develop a small team while managing your own portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of key clients as technical account manager and lead reviews.
• Conduct technology audits and translate findings into actionable roadmaps.
• Collaborate with engineers to deliver on commitments and drive revenue growth.
• Develop North East pipeline through networking, referrals, and events.
• Mentor sales team, set standards, and manage performance with HR involved.
