Job summary

Owlis, via ADNS, seeks a Sales Manager / Technical Account Manager to drive growth by winning new clients and expanding services for existing ones in Teesside. You’ll be the technical account manager for your portfolio, delivering audits, roadmaps and budgets with clients and coordinating with our technical team.

You will move the sales team to a client-ownership model, set standards, train the team, and maintain your own target.

Qualifications

• Track record of B2B sales in IT services with a personal target.
• Experience as a technical account manager / vCIO with client reviews and roadmaps.
• Experience leading a sales or account management team while carrying own target.
• Enough technical understanding of IT support, security, backup and cloud for credible audits.

Responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of key clients as their technical account manager.
• Run technology audits for clients and prospects and turn findings into recommendations.
• Use our processes to assess clients and build roadmaps and budgets.
• Lead regular business reviews with client leadership and coordinate with engineers.
• Move the sales team to client-ownership and set account management standards.
