Okta is seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager for the Auth0 TAM team, based in London or Paris with travel up to 25%. You will partner with major brands to drive secure identity solutions, learning their business deeply and guiding them through deployment, integration, and ongoing optimization.

The role blends technical delivery with customer-facing strategy, focusing on identity, security, and SaaS environments to prove ongoing value and strengthen long-term partnerships.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years in information technology with 3+ years in Technical Account Management or similar role
• Experience in identity and security
• Strong communication with diverse stakeholders and C-level engagement

Aufgaben

• Serve as trusted Identity Coach guiding customers with technical guidance and best practices
• Learn customers’ business deeply through the lens of identity
• Build long-term relationships with developers, engineers, product owners and executives
• Hold regular executive and practitioner meetings to review value, roadmap and security posture
• Collaborate to increase adoption and uncover growth opportunities across identity solutions
• Analyze trends and drive actions to improve customer outcomes
• Act as a product evangelist aligning roadmaps with customer needs
