Job summary

Okta Inc. in London is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager to act as the premier advisor for large enterprise customers in Workforce Identity.

You will build executive-level relationships, map success plans, and drive adoption of the company's security platform across IAM, PAM, and ITDR domains. You will also lead complex escalations, collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Support, and mentor a global TAM team while delivering workshops and best-practice sessions to elevate customers’

Qualifications

8+ years IT experience (or 6+ with a Master’s).
3+ years TAM or equivalent experience.
3+ years IAM/security tech experience preferred.
BA/BS/MS in CS/IT or related.
CISSP or equivalent certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Build executive relationships with customer identity owners and IT leadership (up to CxO).
Architect tailored technical success plans aligned with business objectives.
Guide customers to expand the company footprint across Workforce Identity solutions.
Independently manage and resolve complex technical escalations.
Identify risks and drive mitigation to resolution.
Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Support to influence product direction.
Deliver workshops and best practices to improve customer security.
Create repeatable technical strategies and assets; mentor TAMs.
