Job summary

Okta in London seeks a Staff Product Marketing Manager for EMEA to drive regional GTM execution and sales enablement. You will translate global strategy into local reality, tailor collateral for EMEA, and collaborate with global and regional teams to accelerate growth.

The role requires 7+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, strong storytelling, and English fluency. Hybrid work in London with equity, bonus, and comprehensive healthcare benefits.

Qualifications

• 7+ years domain experience in Product Marketing, B2B SaaS marketing, or a related field. Familiarity with Identity & Access Management (IAM), cybersecurity, or cloud security solutions.
• Demonstrated track record of owning product messaging frameworks, tier-based launch plans, buyer persona creation, and competitive battlecards.
• Strong written and verbal storytelling skills, with experience of clear, concise product messaging for complex technical products. English proficiency.
• Experience launching solutions to the EMEA region and understanding enterprise buying behaviours and regulatory landscapes across sub-regions.
• Technologist at heart with ability to demo the product to technical buyers.
• Data-driven market research and performance analytics to tailor content to regional needs; Bachelor’s degree in Marketing/Business or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Support product launches and GTM strategies across EMEA; align with regional needs.
• Localise global marketing campaigns for key and emerging EMEA markets.
• Optimise product messaging and positioning for diverse audiences.
• Adapt global sales content for EMEA and equip sales with messaging and use cases.
• Gather regional feedback to refine positioning and enablement strategies.
• Tailor product messaging for EMEA customers and work with teams to adapt assets.
