Job summary

Confidential in Warwickshire is seeking an Account Manager for IT Managed Services. Hybrid role with 1-2 days in the office and 3-4 from home, offering £35,000-£40,000 basic plus uncapped commission and benefits.

You will grow an existing client base, identify new business, and upsell IT, cybersecurity, cloud and related solutions. You’ll build relationships with IT managers, directors and CEOs, develop the pipeline, and work with technical consultants to tailor solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience selling IT Managed Services, MSP, Cybersecurity, Cloud or related tech.
• Strong business development and account management skills.
• Experience engaging senior decision-makers.
• Excellent relationship-building abilities.
• Target-driven with customer service focus.
• Experience using CRM to manage pipeline and forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow an existing portfolio of business accounts.
• Cross-sell and upsell a broad portfolio of IT, Managed Services and Cybersecurity solutions.
• Build relationships with IT Managers, Directors and CEOs.
• Generate and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through proactive account management.
• Work collaboratively with technical consultants to scope and deliver customer solutions.
• Consistently achieve and exceed monthly GP and revenue targets.
