Job summary

This Technical Account Manager role is with a heavy manufacturing business. You will act as the trusted subject matter expert for customers in your region, delivering exceptional service, supporting product performance, and enabling customers to achieve their goals.

You will collaborate with manufacturing, operations and R&D teams to translate requirements into actions, lead investigations, and support continuous improvement. Travel nationally and internationally is required.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in a scientific/engineering/materials discipline.
• Experience with Quality Management Systems (ISO9001 or IATF 16949).

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for customers within your region.
• Provide expert advice on existing products and solutions.
• Support new product development initiatives and customer projects.
• Investigate enquiries and collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions.

What You'll Be Doing as the Technical Account Manager;

We're seeking a motivated and customer-focused Technical Account Manager who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys solving challenges. It would be beneficial for the successful candidate to have a degree, HNC or HND in a Scientific, Engineering, Materials or related discipline. Experience working to Quality Management Systems would also be of interest, specifically ISO9001, or alternatively IATF 16949.
