Job summary

AliveDx in the UK is hiring a Technology Transfer Admin Assistant to join the Technical Transfer team near Penicuik (EH26 0BF). This permanent, full-time role offers 37.5 hours weekly and involves supporting transfer of new products from R&D into Manufacturing.

You will provide professional administrative support, manage Safety Data Sheets, and coordinate document reviews in the eQMS, ensuring GDP compliance and timely progress updates. Excellent organisational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Nat 4/5 English and Maths.
• Excellent administrative and organisational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Providing administrative support to the Manufacturing Technical Implementation department.
• Supporting the management of Safety Data Sheets through document creation and eQMS activities.
• Performing TROPOS transactions to support item creation.
• Completing periodic document reviews and providing progress updates.
• Filing, printing and maintaining departmental documentation.
• Uploading documents to the eQMS and coordinating document review and approval workflows.
• Generating QLIMS forms.
• Participating in ongoing training and assessment programmes.
• Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with GDP.
• Undertaking other reasonable duties as required to support the department.
