Job summary

AliveDx in Scotland invites applications for a Product Development Scientist to join our Alba Product Development & Support team at our ARC site near Penicuik. This full-time, permanent role is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

You will lead and coordinate design projects, recording analyses to support our GDP-compliant development work. You will supervise colleagues, ensure proper use and maintenance of equipment, and comply with regulatory requirements to deliver high-quality results on

Qualifications

• Experience in regulated laboratory environments (medical devices/pharma).
• Assay development and optimisation experience.
• Data analysis and interpretation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coordinate, supervise and undertake Design and Development projects in Product Development.
• Record and analyse results to meet GDP and Design Control requirements in project files.
• Assist supervision and training of staff to ensure continuous development.
• Monitor safe operation, control and maintenance of equipment to minimise delays.
• Conduct duties in compliance with GDP and regulatory requirements.
