BRAHMA AI is building photorealistic digital humans and scales its talent across engineering, research, and creative teams. As Talent Partner you will drive end-to-end recruitment, partnering with Hiring Managers to define technical requirements and execute agile strategies.

You will source top AI/ML, software, and platform talent, manage the candidate journey, and continuously improve workflows and the ATS while promoting BRAHMA AI’s culture and mission in tech communities and events.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of talent acquisition experience in-house, startup, or agency.
• Deep understanding of tech/AI hiring (AI/ML, software eng, platform/DevOps).
• Highly adaptable startup mindset with bias for action.
• Proven ability to assess and select candidates using structured interviewing methods.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to advise hiring managers.
• Proficient with ATS, spreadsheets, and candidate management tools.

Responsabilidades

• Strategic partnership with hiring managers to define technical requirements and recruiting strategies.
• Source and engage high-caliber candidates across AI/ML research and software domains.
• Lead full life-cycle recruiting from candidate presentation to offer negotiations.
