Job summary

Brahma AI is seeking a pragmatic Staff Engineer / Technical Architect to own the architectural blueprint of Brahma Studio, writing high‑impact Python and guiding the technical standardisation across the platform. You will lead end‑to‑end system design, author ADRs and API contracts, and align cross‑domain architecture with other teams in an effort to reduce complexity.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of backend software engineering experience.
• Proven design authority (Staff/Principal/Architect) with experience evaluating complex edge cases.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end system design for Studio initiatives, evaluating scalability, data flows, and trade-offs before implementation begins.
• Author and maintain technical specs, RFCs, ADRs, and clear API contracts to establish reproducible design patterns.
• Audit and optimize production Docker builds to drastically reduce container footprints and deployment complexity.
• Architect, profile, and optimize distributed, high-throughput data processing pipelines leveraging Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Actively write production-grade Python code for core platform modules and mentor engineers in structured architectural thinking.
