Ben is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to help scale our team across the business. You’ll work closely with hiring managers from first-line managers to the C-suite, shaping hires and building a best-in-class process.

You’ll also help bring Ben’s employer brand to life and contribute to agentic tooling to accelerate recruitment. You’ll join a mission-driven company investing in AI-enabled talent functions, with opportunities to influence hiring at scale and grow your role as we expand across

• Experience building and iterating hiring processes.

Responsibilities

• Hire bar-raising talent across the business: you’ll hire for a range of roles, from implementation, support and technical account management to commercial and engineering, bringing in the people who’ll take Ben forward as we scale.
• Be a true partner to hiring managers: work with team leads, heads of department and the C-suite to agree what we need, when we need it and why, using data to guide those decisions.
• Bring our employer brand to life: help elevate how Ben shows up, from events to the careers page, so candidates get a real sense of what it’s like to work here.
• Build AI into how we hire: trial and build agents and workflows that give hiring teams better tools and free up time for the work that matters.
• Make our hiring process best in class: gather quantitative and qualitative feedback from candidates and hiring managers, spot what’s slowing us down, test changes and keep what works.
