Job summary

BRAHMA AI is scaling and seeks a Talent Partner to support engineering, research, creative and technical teams. This full life-cycle recruitment role partners with Hiring Managers to attract and hire world-class talent across AI, ML, software, and platform engineering.

The role requires a proactive, adaptable mindset to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, with responsibility for sourcing, screening, offers, and candidate experience while staying current on AI/Deep Tech trends.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in talent acquisition, in-house, startup, or agency.
• Deep understanding of tech/engineering hiring including AI/ML.
• Thrives in high-growth, ambiguous startup environments.
• Skilled in creative sourcing, technical screening, and structured interviews.
• Strong written and verbal communication; advises hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Business Partnership: Define technical requirements with hiring managers and align recruiting strategies with growth goals.
• Active Sourcing & Headhunting: Source and engage passive AI/ML, software, and platform roles.
• Full Life-Cycle Candidate Management: From presentation to offer negotiation and closing.
• Candidate & Hiring Manager Experience: Ensure high-touch, responsive experience.
• Market & Competitor Intelligence: Benchmark compensation and market availability for AI/Deep Tech.
• Employer Branding: Promote BRAHMA AI’s vision and culture across communities and events.
• Quality & Workflow Improvement: Improve recruitment workflows and ATS processes.
