Job summary

Newcastle Building Society is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist - Tech for a fixed-term contract to join our established team. You will drive recruitment across technology vacancies, build talent pipelines, and manage candidate experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and an ATS.

The role requires delivering efficient end-to-end recruitment with inclusive practices. You will collaborate with Senior Specialists, attend the Cobalt office 1-2 days weekly, and support diverse hiring while

Qualifications

Experience delivering technology/IT/specialist recruitment campaigns.
Proficient in building talent pipelines and engaging passive candidates.
Strong understanding of the technology talent market and sourcing strategies.

Responsibilities

Drive recruitment activity across technology vacancies from attraction to hire.
Coordinate recruitment across multiple vacancies and maintain accurate data in the ATS.
Deliver a positive candidate experience and ensure fair, objective hiring practices.
