Qualifications

• 2 years of IT/tech recruitment experience in-house or RPO.
• Experience sourcing candidates and delivering against live requirements.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and managing competing priorities.
• Public sector recruitment experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Source and screen interim and contract IT/technology candidates.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver suitable candidates.
• Manage stakeholder relationships, providing updates and setting expectations.
• Support candidates through interview and offer processes.
• Manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced environment.
