Job summary

Artefact is hiring a Technical Talent Acquisition Partner to identify, attract, and hire top talent across consulting and technical roles in the US, Canada, and Latin America.

You will own the recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer, build diverse pipelines, and partner with hiring managers to maintain a high hiring standard in a competitive market. Campus recruiting and process improvements are included.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, fast-paced/high-growth environment.
• Strong technical recruiting experience across AI, data engineering, analytics, data science, ML.
• Proven experience creating Greenhouse workflows, reporting, and dashboards.
• Trusted talent advisor; partner with hiring managers and leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle across US/Canada/LA, across consulting and technical roles.
• Serve as the primary Talent Acquisition partner for the region across multiple business lines.
• Define hiring strategies, workforce needs, and candidate profiles with hiring managers.
• Recruit in AI, data, analytics, ML, and other tech disciplines; lead campus recruiting.
