Job summary

David Kennedy Recruitment partners with a fast-growing AI technology company seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to recruit internationally, focusing on tech roles. You will work with the CEO and leaders to shape recruitment as the team grows beyond 100 employees while supporting an AI-first sourcing stack.

The role is fully remote, offering a B2B contract with a competitive salary dependent on experience and a chance to influence how talent is attracted and retained across regions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of recruitment experience, including at least 2 years in tech recruitment
• Experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment
• Global sourcing experience from major tech hubs (USA, EU, LATAM, etc.)
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
• Perfect English and strong communication and collaboration skills
• Goal-oriented with ownership and a doer mindset

Responsibilities

• Map and engage top talent from Tier 1 tech hubs worldwide, including passive candidates
• Help implement an AI-first recruitment stack using AI agents and unconventional channels
• Build and maintain relationships with passive tech talent globally
• Own the candidate journey from discovery to close
• Conduct structured interviews assessing technical aptitude and culture fit
• Test new AI tools and sourcing strategies to maintain high quality of hires
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives to position the company as a top AI talent destination
