Job summary

Anima is seeking a senior Talent Acquisition leader to own the recruitment pipeline for highly technical roles. You will write effective outbound messages, manage Ashby ATS configurations, and partner with top search firms to fill targeted openings in a high-bar technical environment.

You will build live pipelines with robust candidate flow, leverage analytics to improve outcomes, and drive efficiency in time-to-fill while maintaining candidate experience across the UK market.

Qualifications

• Experience building and running end-to-end technical recruitment workflows.
• Proven ability to source, engage and close senior-level tech candidates.
• Track record of configuring and optimizing an ATS for scalable hiring.
• Ability to establish partnerships with top search partners and recruiters.

Responsibilities

• Own the hiring pipeline for multiple roles and maintain live funnels.
• Write compelling outbound messages that candidates actually respond to.
• Configure Ashby with stages, scorecards, and interview plans.
• Close senior candidates against competing offers with structured sell plans.
• Manage and optimize third-party search partnerships.
• Build and maintain hiring dashboards and reporting.
