Job summary

The position supports UK & Ireland with travel across the country as needed, for recruitment events and assessments. A proactive, data-driven approach and strong stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in in-house, RPO or agency recruitment for rapid, high-volume roles.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from briefing to onboarding handover.
• Deliver high-volume commercial recruitment at pace with quality and compliance.
• Partner with hiring managers to refine role requirements and timelines.
• Develop direct-sourcing strategies using LinkedIn, talent pools and job boards.
