Job summary

ProCook Ltd. is seeking an experienced Tech Support Manager to lead the day-to-day IT support function for our Head Office and nationwide retail estate in the UK.

You will balance hands-on responsibility for business systems, retail technology, cyber security and store connectivity with team management and process improvement. Key duties include overseeing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central administration, LS Retail/LS Central POS, Windows tills and payment terminals, plus PCI DSS and GDPR

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing IT/technical support.
• Experience with business-critical applications and external vendors.
• Experience supporting Windows desktop and Android devices.
• Experience in a multi-site environment (retail tech or POS).
• Knowledge of networking and cybersecurity principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day IT support function and oversee escalation processes.
• Manage, mentor and develop the IT support team and knowledge sharing.
• Oversee administration of Business Central and LS Retail / POS systems.
• Coordinate store connectivity, networks and cybersecurity measures.
• Partner with Compliance on PCI DSS and GDPR requirements.
