Job summary

ProCook is seeking an experienced IT Support Manager to lead our IT support function across the Store Support Centre and nationwide stores in the UK. You will manage a small team, own business-critical systems, and drive technology projects with internal stakeholders and external partners.

This hands-on leadership role combines people management, technical support, cyber security, and retail technology. You will oversee 3–5 colleagues, support multi-site environments, and travel to stores for

Qualifications

• Experience leading an IT support or service desk team
• Proven hands-on technical support and troubleshooting experience
• Experience leading IT projects, system implementations, or technology rollouts
• Experience supporting business-critical applications and working with external technology suppliers

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 3–5 Tech Support colleagues
• Manage day-to-day IT support operations and ensure incidents are resolved effectively
• Take ownership of technical escalations, problem management, and continuous service improvement
• Support and administer key business systems, including Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Manage retail technology including POS systems, payment terminals, Windows devices, and Android hardware
• Lead technology projects, rollouts, store openings, relocations, and infrastructure improvements
• Work with third-party suppliers and technology partners to deliver reliable, secure solutions
• Support cyber security initiatives and ensure best practices across the business
