Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions is seeking a Manager - Technical Services in the United Kingdom to lead technical service and development support, driving scale-up from lab to plant scale and coordinating across QA, Production, QC, R&D, EHS, Engineering and Projects for timely trial execution.

The role emphasizes process development, optimization, and implementation of Operational Excellence initiatives, with a focus on safety and regulatory compliance in a pharmaceutical/chemical manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or Chemical Technology.
• Postgraduate qualification in Chemical Engineering or Process Engineering is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical service and development support for PDS/MMBB operations and for new facility creation.
• Coordinate with QA, Production, QC, R&D, EHS, Engineering and Projects to ensure trial and validation batches start on time.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive process scale-up from laboratory to plant scale.
• Drive Operational Excellence initiatives and safety/compliance across the respective areas.
