Job summary

Piramal Pharma Solutions in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Technician to supervise the manufacture of high potency ADC/API products, ensuring compliance with approved procedures and real-time GMP documentation.

You will train team members, maintain schedule adherence, manage SAP inventory, uphold ESH and 5S standards, and drive deviations, CAPAs and investigations to completion using Trackwise, while deputising for the shift team.

Responsibilities

• Supervise manufacture to defined cGMP procedures for high potency ADC/API (as applicable).
• Ensure suite readiness, structured monitoring, line clearance, BOM/stock levels and SAP inventory.
• Provide training and guidance to less experienced team members.
• Maintain real-time GMP documentation to achieve right first time.
• Uphold high ESH standards; 5S and housekeeping; audit-ready suites at all times.
• Raise deviations and REWs; progress investigations and CAPAs to completion via Trackwise.
