Job summary

Qualifications

B.Eng. or M.Eng. in Chemical Engineering with GMP experience.
10–15 years of industrial pharmaceutical manufacturing experience.
Experience with scale-up, hazard analysis and batch records.
Strong communication and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
Ability to read lab protocols and translate to manufacturing.

Responsibilities

Review batch records for hazardous chemistry campaigns ensuring safety and quality controls.
Visit CDMO facilities (virtual or on-site) and assess equipment fit, recommending changes.
Troubleshoot manufacturing issues and determine root causes.
Present risk assessments and recommendations to leadership.
Build relationships with CDMO partners worldwide to enable collaboration.
